"We have been working on a simple claim since March of 2026. The communication has been horrible throughout (insurance adjuster mostly) and still not resolved 5 months later. I would have like the agent to oversee this claim and make sure his clients were taken care of. I would not recommend this agent."

"my car was hit recently and I have been working with Chuck's office on the claim as well as updating my policy for the new car I needed to purchase. Gina has been so great and responsive throughout the process. She has made this stressful situation easier by answering all my questions. The ENTIRE staff at Chuck McAveney are patient, supportive, over the top helpful, if every company provided service support the way this office does then things would be so much better.
